Duck Hunting and Goose Hunting Guide in North Dakota - Top Gun Guide Service

NORTH DAKOTA WATERFOWL HUNTS

North Dakota Goose Hunting

I offer excellent waterfowl and upland game with access to thousands of acres in the Devil's Lake area, North Central, Southcentral ,and Southeastern portion of the state. I have all inclusive hunts with food and lodging included.

I am fully insured and Licensed by North Dakota Game and Fish. (Lic.# GNF02603383) We also have the freelance permit which allows us to guide anywhere in the state.

Fall Hunts: Oct.3rd-Nov.8th
Spring Snow Goose: April 5th-May 6

We hunt waterfowl in the mornings and afternoons.   Fall field hunts for Snows/Blues, Canadas/Specklebellies, and Ducks are from layout blinds and are usually one guide per 4-5 clients.  Puddle duck hunts for Ducks and Geese are in the large potholes and smaller lakes.  Spring goose hunts are from blinds and location will vary due to the migration.  We will arrange a variety of hunts to suit the interests of your group, and generally do not mix parties unless you have less than 6 hunters.  Please keep in mind that some hunts are dependent upon calm weather for safety reasons.

A note on Spring Hunting:  Spring hunts are no limits, electronic callers, unplugged guns, extended tubes, and hunting over 2000 decoy spreads.  In other words:  A Blast!

GAME: North Dakota is legendary for the Best Goose and Duck Hunting in the Lower 48 !  We shoot Canada Geese and Specklebelly Geese plus lots of Snow Geese.  We shoot mixed limits of ducks including Mallard, Pintail, Teal, Widgeon, Bluebill, Redhead, Canvasbacks, ...just about every duck that travels the Central and Mississippi Flyways!  All birds shot will be processed and you can take them home (up to your state's possession limit),  or donate them.  We don't believe in wasting game.

Weather:  Similar for Fall and Spring Hunts-The weather can vary greatly from morning and evening and from day to day.  Temperatures can go from 20 degrees in the early morning hours to 70 degrees or higher in the afternoon.  It may even snow in September or May!

Location:  We are located in Devil's Lake the heart of North Dakota.  Travel time from the airport will vary depending upon the location of the migrating birds.  Book travel into the Fargo airport in the Fall.  For Spring, location may vary and the airports will be either Fargo or Grand Forks.

Accommodations:   Lodging and meals are provided.  Lodging is very clean and comfortable.
